About Us
We are Bible based.
Jesus told us, “YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.’ 38 This is the great and foremost commandment. 39 The second is like it, ‘YOU SHALL LOVE YOUR NEIGHBOR AS YOURSELF.” - Matthew 22:37-39
Those words just roll off the tongue. Putting them into practice in our daily life, not so easy.
Jesus admonished us to, “Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” - Matthew 5:16
At First Church of Peculiar we are attempting to do just that. We are mission-minded. “Agape Love” is what motivates us. We see a need and move to meet it, not counting the cost.

A monthly potluck is held after the services on a designated Sunday.

After our Sunday Services, different groups branch to private areas to continue worship with their peers.
